Academy Policy

All students will be required to maintain a professional attitude and conduct at all times.
Misuse of published rules and regulations may be grounds for disciplinary action leading to dismissal from the Academy.
Consumption of alcohol, smoking, tobacco, playing cards and chewing of pan, Gutka, gum etc., is not allowed inside the training center and hostel. Any student found smoking or under the influence of intoxication of alcohol/drugs in the Institute or in the Hostel is liable to strict disciplinary action which may be up to expulsion from the Academy.
Foul language of any kind will not be tolerated and may be grounds for disciplinary action leading to dismissal from the Academy.
Each student shall show due respect and courtesy to the teachers, administrators, staff of the Institute, and to the visitors and residents of the Institute, and good behavior to fellow students.
Insubordination to a trainer, fellow student, member of staff or client may be grounds for disciplinary action leading to dismissal from the Academy.
All students will be required to wear the standard uniform. They must be neatly dressed at all times with attention to hygiene, cleanliness and shall be well groomed all the times in neat and tidy condition with identity card.
Trainees shall arrange at their own cost, all stationery required during the training program.
Every trainee shall be present at his place of training in accordance with the program prepared and notified. He/she shall maintain utmost punctuality in time keeping.
The trainees shall maintain minimum attendance of 90%. No students will be absent from any of the lectures without leave having been obtained previously from the Class In charge. Absence without permission is a serious breach of discipline.
No late coming shall be allowed for the classes. Habitual late coming, wilful absenteeism, or bad behaviour shall result in termination of trainee from the course. Trainees are expected to have full attendance and there is no stipulated leave facility.
During the course of training, trainees shall handle and maintain property, namely – tools and equipment, special and standard accessories, electrical equipment including switch boards, switches, lights, fans, hand tools, furniture items, sanitary & water supply fitting, building and other civil structures, lawn, raw materials, consumables and other articles with utmost care so as not to cause any damage, excessive wear and tear, deface or tarnish the appearance or good looks. Trainees should refrain from writing anything on walls, other civil structures, or otherwise marking them in any way, sticking bills, posters etc.
Any loss or damage to the property arising out of a will full act of a trainee or due to his negligence or noncompliance of instructions, safety rules or the established conventional norms of use of that property, shall be recovered from the trainee and/or his/her surety guardians. The decision of the Training Centre Head as to whether the loss or damage has occurred out of a will full act or negligence or non-compliance as aforesaid, or not, about the amount of loss/damage, shall be final and binding on the trainee.
Students will hand over the original copies of the qualification certificates and other documents to the administrator at the time of admission.
Trainees shall not indulge in any act of violence directly or indirectly. They shall not incite any others to do so towards any one. Trainees shall not participate in any sort of agitation or activity.
Parents/Guardians cannot contact the trainees in person/over phone/through messenger during class hours. In case of emergency, message can be communicated to the Hostel Warden/Head of the Institution.
No relatives/friends or outsider/visitor will be permitted inside the hostel rooms without the permission of the warden.
Ragging in any form is strictly forbidden in the campus.
The Management reserves the right of admission in the Hostel rooms, as well as the right to direct any inmates to change the room with or without assigning any reasons.
After a trainee is admitted in the hostel, he/she is allotted accommodation by the Hostel Warden with the room and bed number. No change of accommodation is allowed without Warden’s permission.
The food will be served at the canteen at the schedule time only. Beyond the schedule time food will not be served.
No student will be allowed to go outside from the training centre for any purpose without the prior permission from the Centre Head or Warden. The decision of the Center Head/Warden shall be final.
Any items purchased by the trainees and wishes to bring this in the academy shall be thoroughly checked and approved the warden.
Students have to bear the cost arising from the medical expenses on their own; management will not bear the expenses on their behalf.
A trainee, after getting confirmed admission is not supposed to leave the Institute. However, he may withdraw his name from the institute, by paying the entire cost of boarding, lodging, training and travel expenses.
Trainee will be removed from the academy for Indiscipline serious breach of academy rules, or if found cheating in test/examinations, participating/instigating strike, or any act unbecoming of a student, inside or outside the institute. Causing willful damage to institute property or an attempt to cause such damage.
Trainee will be removed from the academy for giving false statements in records with regards to qualifications and other documents.
Students are responsible for their items they have at the center. If items are lost or stolen or damaged at the training center, management shall not be responsible for the same. When students conclude their program, they are responsible for removing all personal possessions from the Training Center.
For health, safety and training purposes, scheduled room checks shall take place weekly in the presence of the students.
The students at the institute require attention and diligence. A student neglecting his / her studies and having unsatisfactory progress will be given warnings after which if he/ she fails to improve, he/she will be liable for expulsion from the institute.
Students shall observe all safety precautions. The academy is not responsible for any accident, of whatever nature, in the institute, hostel, workshop, playground during training or educational tour/trip.
Students must make all possible efforts to conserve electricity and water. They must switch off lights & fans when they leave the class room/ hostel room, lab etc. Students must help keep the institute neat and clean and also preserve and maintain the gardens.
Students must keep their identity cards always with them and shall show the same on demand by any faculty/official of the institute.
The students are advised to see regularly the notices displayed on the Institute/hostel noticeboards. The notice displayed on these notice boards shall be deemed to have been served on the students.
