Placements

In order to ensure that we truly add value and substance to our student’s life we have a placement cell at each of our skill development centres to ensure that they get the most befitting jobs. Our Placement coordinators and Executives will ensure that they connect the best in the industry to place our students. We already have quite a few of the major players as our placement partners and we are steadily adding more to our list.

We have local, regional and central placement team to connect with major employers in specific high growth sectors for understanding their manpower requirement and aligning the mobilization plans and finally enabling employment opportunities.

The placement process is tracked to ensure that each student gets to appear in a minimum of 3 interviews, preferably from different types of organizations.

Our post placement tracking is done to see how the trainees are transforming their lives. We follow the following protocol for tracking youth:

• All trainees (placed and not placed) are tracked from the date of training completion
• All trainees are tracked for a period of 1 year from the date of training completion
• Post placement tracking of trainees starts from batch end/training completion date
• Each trainee is tracked for 6 times in a period of one year
